Position:    Manager

Location:   Bethnan Kitchen & Bar,
Ground Floor, Theresa House (Geotess),
Tudun Wada Ring Road,
Jos, Plateau State

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff hiring, schedules, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and promotions.
• Foster a positive working environment and team culture.
• Handle inventory and manage budgets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for delivering high-quality service and food.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.

Working Hours: (Monday – Sunday)

• Afternoon shift: 1pm – 10pm.
• One day off in a week.
